Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, 67ph reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all wallet balances, pending bonuses, and outstanding winnings as permitted by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. Legitimate remaining balances on accounts terminated without player fault will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after verification.
In the event of a dispute between you and 67ph, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting 67ph support via the live chat facility available on the platform. 67ph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through 67ph's internal resolution process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, which has jurisdiction over disputes arising from PAGCOR-licensed gaming operations in the Philippines.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings not resolved through PAGCOR's mechanisms shall be brought before the appropriate courts in the Philippines, and both parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
67ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 67ph will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at the time of login. The updated Terms will display a revised Effective Date at the top of this page.
